Scenario 1 - The order is completed and despatched.
The document confirms the order was despatched on date, relevant tracking details and expected delivery period.

Scenario 2 – The order can be only partly completed.
The document confirms details of outage and expected availabilities ‘of out of stock’ items.
and that the order will be completed as a split delivery, unless the customer requests, within 7 days, to

    1. Accept delivery of available items, and refund for balance of original order.
    2. Cancellation of entire order.
